Amazing Garlic Bread

Gluten-Free, Keto, Vegetarian, and Low-Carb

Ingredients:

1 cup shredded mozzarella

1/2 cup finely ground almond flour

2 Tablespoons cream cheese

1 Tablespoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

1 large egg

1 Tablespoon Parmesan cheese

Directions:

1.) Preheat oven to 400°F.

2.) In a medium, microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella, almond flour, cream cheese, garlic powder, baking powder, and salt.

3.) Microwave for 30 seconds then stir. Microwave another 30 seconds then stir. Microwave another 20 seconds, stir well to cool the mixture a bit, then add the egg and mix well.

4.) Use a non-stick baking pan, or line with parchment paper, and place the dough on it, shaping it into an oval and distribute the Parmesan cheese evenly along the top.

5.) Bake for 12-15 minutes and let cool, cut, serve and enjoy.

Cut into slices and enjoy, or serve with marinara, use as a pizza crust; the possibilitirs are endless.
